About

Elham MenhajiMy name is Elham Menhaji and I’m a personal coach who helps people build stronger, happier, more trusting relationships with their wallets — and by that I mean their finances.

To  most people, the idea of spending an hour a week reconciling their bank account sounds daunting. But why is it most of us spend hours beautifying ourselves, paying for a personal trainer, yoga, dance classes, massage, spa or tanning sessions? We seem to have no problem spending money for clothes, shoes or electrical gadgets, etc., but cringe at the thought of putting any time or effort into the health of our wallets.

Most people have built an unhealthy relationship with their finances, and don’t realize how easy and rewarding it is to create and maintain a healthy wallet. With a healthy wallet, your money goes so much further. I am here to show you how.

My Mission

My mission is to help you start making intelligent decisions about your money so you can live with more freedom and less worry. Soon you will begin to recognize all the many ways to improve your financial freedom.

These include:

  • improving spending habits
  • increasing credit score
  • eliminating debt
  • increasing income
  • reducing expenses
  • creating and maintaining budgets
  • identifying behaviors that are limiting when it comes to money, and how to change them

Think of me as a personal trainer. But I don’t work in a gym and my aim isn’t to improve your physical fitness. Rather, it’s to improve your emotional and intellectual fitness as it relates to your financial life — your wallet.

Bio

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Accounting and Information Systems, and I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I began my career in 1997 as an auditor in a small-sized public accounting firm and later moved on to a mid-size firm. There I moved through the company from a staff accountant to managing large accounts. During this time I have had the pleasure of working with wealthy individuals tracking their investments to calculating and analyzing their net-worth. I have spent 10 of these 12 years auditing mid-size to large corporations in various industries: manufacturing, service, retail and government. My clients have produced everything from lipstick to balloons to bullet-proof vests. I believe my extensive experience working with such a variety of clientele has given me two insights. First, I have a great understanding of how companies operate more efficiently by cutting costs and finding ways to get the necessary cash flow to operate. Second, I realize one’s financial life (one’s “wallet”) works in the same way a company operates. The big difference is that most individuals don’t have a full team of experts spending all day ensuring their financial success.

I want to personally train you to build a healthy wallet and become part of your team of experts who will bring you financial success. The first step, of course, is to understand where you are right now, and then create a roadmap for where you want to be.
